Order Cancellations
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order enters processing and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
If your cancellation request is approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, let us know within 72 hours of delivery. A product is considered damaged only if it is physically broken or defective—shipping box dents or cosmetic flaws don’t qualify if the product itself works fine.

Attach a clear photo of the issue
If approved, we’ll ship you a free replacement. Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or customer handling are not eligible for return or replacement.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order leaves our hands, we rely on third-party carriers for timely delivery. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or customs issues caused by the shipping provider.
If there’s a problem, your best first step is to contact the courier with your tracking info. We do not replace or refund lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Address
Be sure to double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a mistake is made and not corrected within 24 hours, we cannot offer resends or refunds for undelivered items.
